DNA Swab Collection Kit — Pack of 2

This pack contains two Othram DNA swab collection kits for the voluntary DNASolves contribution program.

What’s included

Each of the two kits includes:

• 1 DNA Collection Guide (instruction booklet)
• 1 DNA Consent Form
• 2 individually wrapped sterile buccal (cheek) swabs
• 2 DNA specimen collection tubes and identification labels
• 1 clear, resealable plastic specimen bag with identification label
• 1 prepaid USPS Priority Mail return bubble mailer with tracking label, for US returns only

Returning your DNA sample

Prepaid USPS return postage is included for returns within the United States only. International contributors must arrange and pay for their own sample-return postage. Follow the kit’s instructions when collecting and returning samples.

What the program does

DNASolves supports forensic identification and investigations. This is not an ancestry test or a personal health test. A DNA profile created from your contribution is not provided to you, and contributing does not guarantee a particular case outcome.

Review how DNA contribution works, the terms, and the privacy information before purchasing. Each contributor must complete the program’s applicable consent process and follow the kit’s collection and return instructions.

Shipping & bulk orders

Each pack of two ships in its own parcel. Shipping is charged per parcel at checkout. Online orders are limited to 25 of this product. For larger orders, contact solve@othram.com for a quote.
