Othram Archive pieces include free standard shipping to supported destinations; other products retain their normal shipping charges. Items fulfilled separately may arrive in different packages. International deliveries may involve customs clearance and additional import charges.

Orders for in-stock items held at Othram—including the challenge coin, tote, and DNA kits—are processed within 24 hours. Production for hoodies and hats usually takes a few days and can vary. Email solve@othram.com within 30 days of delivery to request a merchandise return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused by you, with original tags and packaging where supplied. Othram pays approved return postage; original shipping is not refunded for ordinary returns, except where required by law. DNA kits are excluded from our voluntary returns policy.
