Worldwide shipping
Othram ships worldwide, subject to available carrier services and applicable restrictions. Available shipping services, shipping charges, and any taxes collected with your order are shown at checkout before you place the order. If checkout does not offer a service for your destination, contact solve@othram.com for help.
Free shipping on Othram Archive pieces
Othram covers standard shipping for Archive pieces to supported destinations. Other products in the same order retain their normal shipping charges. Free shipping does not include taxes, customs duties, or other import charges.
Order processing
Orders for in-stock items held at Othram, including challenge coins, totes, and DNA swab kits, are processed within 24 hours. Production for hoodies and hats usually takes a few days and can vary.
Processing and production time are separate from carrier delivery time. Delivery timing depends on the shipping service, destination, and customs clearance where applicable. Follow the confirmation and tracking information for your order.
Separate shipments and international delivery
Items fulfilled separately may arrive in different packages and at different times. International orders may involve customs clearance and import charges. Any charges collected with your order are shown at checkout; additional charges may be assessed by destination authorities or carriers. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about your destination.
