We ship worldwide, subject to available carrier services and applicable restrictions. Available services, shipping charges, and taxes collected with your order are shown at checkout. Items fulfilled separately may arrive in different packages. Delivery time is additional to processing or production time.
Request a merchandise return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused by you, with original tags and packaging where supplied. Othram pays return postage for approved returns. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for ordinary returns, except where required by law. Contact us before mailing anything back.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
